Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Northern Ireland. Because Northern Ireland is uniquely part of both the UK and the EU single market, we fulfil UK and EU orders locally — so wherever you are in the UK or EU, there are no import duties or customs delays.

Do I need to pay any duties/additional taxes?

For UK, EU and US orders, the checkout price includes all charges — no additional duties or taxes on delivery. For Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, import duties and local taxes are not included and may be charged on delivery.

I don’t see my country at checkout. Can I still order?

Possibly — contact us with your country and what you'd like to order, and we'll see if we can arrange a shipping quote for you.

What does backorder, special order, pre-order, built to order mean?

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the UK, the EU, and selected other countries including the US, Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.

How do I get a VAT invoice?

Contact us after you place an order and we’ll email one to you.

How do I make a return?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you'd like to return it. Follow the returns process detailed on the Returns & Refunds page.

Can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email confirmation from us after you place an order, and an email with tracking details once it’s dispatched.

Can I collect my order?

Collection isn’t available at the moment.

Can I place an order without EU VAT?

Contact us with your VAT number, company name, billing and shipping address, and the item you'd like to purchase, and we'll set up a VAT-free purchase. We can offer the 0% VAT reverse charge to VAT-registered businesses in all EU countries.
